Retail Sales Associate

- Eager to create meaningful connections and provide superior service that keeps customers coming back again and again
And would love to:
- Work 10 - 20 hours a week
- Provide personalized product recommendations for baby products, gear, and gifts based on customer needs
- Be a resource for new parents, offering guidance and support regarding babywearing, infant care, and gear
- Help maintain store organization and product displays to ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and ensuring the store has everything needed to serve our customers
- Participate in ongoing product training and stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and customer needs
- Assist in creating a positive, community-driven experience in the store through events, classes, and customer engagement
